I am what they call a "Coffee Snob". I don't drink much coffee but when I do it has to be freshly picked, freshly ground and freshly brewed. Strong, hot and black. Coffee was discovered in Ethiopia. Here I am with our Lighting Guru Duke Carlilse in Ethiopia partaking of this black gold.

When I was 8 yrs. old I would spend Saturday nights lying on the floor watching Gunsmoke and Lawrence Welk. I had a HUGE crush on Janet Lennon. 50 years later I got to know her as we both lived in Branson, MO. a beautiful lady.

The finest man I have ever met. Bob Hope was exactly what you would hope he would be. An unbelievable gentleman. I had the honor or working with him for 7 years. Unbelievable memories.

I have two heros in the entertainment industry. 1. Bob Hope. 2. Tony Orlando. After admiring Tony for many years, I had the honor of becoming close friends in 1995. Along with Mr. Hope, Tony Orlando is one of the finest men that ever graced a stage.

In 2000 I spend almost a year in Africa programing and staffing FM Christian Radio Stations for Spirit FM. On one occasion I went into the bush for a traditional wedding. I chose to don an authentic wardrobe so I could "blend" in.

In the late 1990's I went to California to accept 2 Angel Awards for The Promise in Branson. While there I became acquainted with Steve Allen and we chatted for about an hour.

The Ghanaians give white people a name based upon the day of the week they were born. I was born on Wednesday and that is Kweku in Ashanti. Bruni is "white man" in Ashanti. So, my African name is Kwekubruni.

After we closed The Promise in Branson, I tried to have my own show. Well, it didn't get a lot of exposure. Closed after 3 weeks.

In the 1980's I was represented by an agency in Dallas. A head shot was required. This was the best I could do.

In the early 1980's we were part of the Grapevine Opry and the Johnny High Country Music Revue. One of the perks was that we got to wear Nudie Suits. $20,000 each in the 80's.
